研究方向:

    生物复杂性机制,癌症免疫新机制,新药物与研发。

    郭敏教授在探索与解释人源氨酰tRNA合成酶在细胞内的专属及衍生功能方面开展了非常原创的工作,使用细胞与小鼠模型,以及结构生物学,生物化学与化学生物学的手段及开发的技术,探索与解释人源氨酰tRNA合成酶在细胞内的专属及衍生功能,以及与癌症的联系与调节机制。 郭敏教授的研究成果已在包括科学,自然杂志,美国科学院院刊,自然化学生物学等生物领域顶级杂志上发表多篇论文,而且多次被科学新闻杂志, 自然细胞分子生物学综述(Nature Review Molecular Cell Biology)杂志,生物化学科学趋向(Trends in Biochemical Science) 杂志等作为研究亮点介绍。

    郭敏教授指导博士后,研究员及研究生18人;发表期刊和会议论文、专著等50余篇,是在国际上氨酰tRNA合成酶的新功能领域最为活跃和知名的专家学者之一。
