研究方向:

点击化学,这是由夏普莱斯在1998年初步提出并在2001年进一步完善的一个合成概念。它的主旨是通过小单元的拼接,来快速可靠地完成形形色色分子的化学合成。它尤其强调开辟以碳-杂原子键(C-X-C)合成为基础的组合化学新方法,并借助这些反应来简单高效地获得分子多样性。目前最具代表性的反应为铜催化的叠氮-炔环加成反应。该反应已被广泛用于有机、聚合物半导体材料合成,超分子聚集体与分子自组装,生物分子标记,抗体修饰,药物开发等一系列重要的研究和生产领域。最近,夏普莱斯课题组又发展了新一代的“点击化学”反应,基于“硫氟交换(SuFEx)”的氟磺酰化学。该反应在材料合成和开发药物(Drug discovery) 领域拥有更大的前景。
