简历:

1997年10月毕业于浙江大学高分子系,获理学博士学位。1998年9月开始在上海有机化学研究所从事博士后研究,两年后继续留在该所工作。2002年10月至2006年3月,在日本大阪大学Frontier Research Center作访问学者,特任研究员。2006年4月回有机所工作。曾经参与研究过的课题有:(1)稀土金属有机配合物的合成,结构表征和催化极性烯类单体聚合的研究;(2)新型含氟离子交换膜的研制;(3)新农药创制;(4)新型有机电致磷光材料的合成及其在OLED中的应用;(5)与L’Oreal, Bayer和Syngenta等公司进行国际合作研究。


研究方向:

目前的研究方向:(1) 新农药创制,与国际大公司合作研发环境友好的新型农药;(2)有机合成方法学研究,如金属催化的C-H键活化用于C-C键和C-N键的形成反应。
